Job Description
Requirements:
- Create sales presentations and customer offers to support Key Account Managers.
- Create and update service scopes and customer approval documents (WorkOns).
- Maintain CRM data (Salesforce), including contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
- Create SPCTs and support approval workflows.
- Manage Business Privacy Agreements (BPAs) and annual updates.
- Support Key Account Managers with annual price list updates and invoicing processes.
- Assist Key Account Managers with customer communication, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Research customer needs and identify new sales opportunities within Bosch organizations.
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve sales processes.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Commercial training, degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in sales support, sales operations, or business administration.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar CRM/ERP systems.
- Good understanding of sales processes and pipelines.
- Affinity for AI tools and process automation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer-service skills.
- Fluent German and English (B2/C1), written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel within Germany occasionally (1-4 times per year).
