After successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round, we are looking to grow our teams and scale in key markets.

About the role

• Identify and engage high-potential German B2B prospects through outbound channels including email, phone, LinkedIn, and personalised multichannel sequences
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by uncovering business needs, decision-making structure, and buying readiness, then hand over well-scoped opportunities to Account Executives
• Become a trusted product expert on Genesy AI, clearly articulating its value in helping German companies improve prospecting efficiency and outbound performance
• Work closely with Marketing and the Expansion Lead to test, refine, and scale messaging, sequences, and vertical hypotheses for the German market
• Own activity tracking and CRM hygiene, reporting on key metrics such as outreach volume, reply rates, qualified calls, and demo conversion
• Collect and share market feedback (objections, competitive tools, ICP signals, vertical-specific pains) to support market validation and repeatable go-to-market strategy
• Act as a founding contributor in the German expansion, helping shape early playbooks, processes, and best practices for future hires

About you

• Native German speaker and fluent in English
• 1+ year of experience in a B2B SDR / outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS or a tech-driven environment
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills; comfortable running cold calls, discovery conversations, and video meetings
• Solid understanding of B2B outbound fundamentals: ICP definition, account research, sequencing, objection handling, and qualification frameworks
• Data-driven mindset with experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and tracking pipeline and conversion metrics
• High ownership, resilience, and consistency - able to operate in ambiguity and stay motivated in an early-stage international expansion
• Based in the Barcelona or open to relocate
