Sales Development Representative with German

We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy Sales Development Representative to be the growth engine for our European expansion. You will act as the tip of the spear for our enterprise sales team, tasked with breaking into large, international organizations (companies with €200M+ in annual turnover) across various European markets.

You will not be doing standard, "spray-and-pray" cold calling. Instead, you will be hunting highly strategic accounts to pitch our cutting-edge E-invoicing and EDI solutions. AI usage is a fundamental pillar of this role. You will utilize next-generation AI tools to research accounts, identify buying triggers, write hyper-personalized outreach, and work smarter than the competition.

Candidate Profile

• Native-level or C1/C2 business fluency in German
• Fluent English for internal communication and global collaboration
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, outbound prospecting, or sales development, preferably within SaaS, FinTech, or IT/Tech sectors
• Practical proficiency in using AI tools for account research, personalized outreach generation, data enrichment and workflow automation
• High comfort level with cold outreach and direct phone engagement with executive-level decision-makers in the DACH region, including CFOs, CIOs and Heads of Procurement
• Understanding of DACH business culture and etiquette with a professional, structured and value-driven communication style
• Demonstrated ability to map enterprise account structures, identify key decision-makers and maintain structured data within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Strong drive for professional growth and ambition to transition into a full-cycle enterprise sales role

Your Responsibilities

• Executing multi-channel outbound campaigns targeting key decision-makers in the DACH region through direct phone calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn Outreach and tailored video messages to generate qualified opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives
• Utilizing next-generation AI platforms to automate prospect research, monitor European and regional (DACH) regulatory changes in E-invoicing (e.g., upcoming German E-invoicing mandates), and tailor high-converting outreach at scale
• Collaborating closely with Enterprise Account Executives to map target enterprise accounts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, identifying relevant stakeholders across finance, IT, and procurement departments
• Qualifying incoming leads generated from targeted DACH marketing initiatives, industry whitepapers, and regional trade fairs or webinars
• Articulating the core value proposition of EDI and E-invoicing solutions, demonstrating how they resolve compliance and supply chain efficiency challenges for enterprise clients
• Maintaining high CRM data hygiene, logging all activity details, contact data, and account intelligence to ensure smooth transitions throughout the sales pipeline
