Job Description

As Sales Lead Poland, you will take full responsibility for the company's sales performance in the Polish market.

You will build and lead the local Account Executive and Sales Development team, while remaining personally involved in customer acquisition, discovery calls, demos and strategically important deals.

This is a player-coach position combining market ownership, team leadership and hands-on sales execution. You will define how the company sells in Poland, adapt successful practices from other European markets and work directly with the founders and international leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and annual revenue targets for the Polish market.
• Build, recruit, onboard and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives.
• Lead from the front by personally participating in discovery calls, product demonstrations and key commercial negotiations.
• Develop a reliable sales pipeline, forecasting process and operating cadence for the Polish market.
• Translate successful sales practices from the DACH region into the Polish business environment.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing on lead generation and with Customer Success on effective customer handovers.
• Monitor conversion, pipeline quality, sales velocity and team performance.
• Provide market feedback to the founders and influence the company's wider commercial strategy.
• Shape and continuously improve the complete Polish sales motion.

Qualifications

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience.
• A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
• First leadership, team-lead or sales-management experience.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding or coaching sales professionals.
• The ability to combine strategic market ownership with hands-on deal execution.
• Strong understanding of technology products and the ability to communicate their commercial value.
• Confidence working with sales funnels, targets, forecasting and performance data.
• Native-level Polish and fluent professional English.
• A builder mentality and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-scaling startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building a sales team or launching a new market from the ground up.
• Previous experience selling AI, telecommunications, automation or other B2B technology solutions.
• Experience working with SMB customers and high-velocity sales cycles.
• Knowledge of the DACH market or previous collaboration with German-speaking teams.
• Professional proficiency in German.
