YOR TASKS

Controlling, monitoring and improving of the whole logistics chain for individal special original eqipment parts with the aim of maximizing availability and cstomer service as well as minimizing logistic costs;

Monitoring, controlling and clearing of incoming EDI-demands with cstomer, processing schedling agreements, deliveries, invoicing, retrns, claims, credit and debit notes;

Manal order and forecast processing form web-portal, e-mail;

Processing of short term order reqests from cstomers via phone, e-mail and web-portal over the complete spply chain;

Managing of escalation process from operational level to key accont manager over factory management p to head of sales and global head of prodction;

Planning and releasing of cstomer shipments nder consideration of transport costs, delivery times and shipment priorities;

YOR QALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree in bsiness;

Very good knowledge in SAP modles: SD, MM;

Microsoft Access and Excel

Negotiation, conflict and meeting management techniqes.

Good analytical skills and readiness of mind;

Atomotive aftermarket logistics incl. flow of material and information;

German: bsiness flent; English: bsiness flent; Italian and French are an advantage.
