As a Sales Support Intern, you will play a vital role in keeping our front-line sales operations for Germany and Austria running smoothly. You will handle daily order processing, master data maintenance, transport logistics, and tender documentation.

This is a practical administrative role -no heavy data analysis required- focused on accuracy, order flow, and resolving client discrepancies. You will gain valuable corporate experience using industry-standard platforms like SAP, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.

This role is an exciting job opportunity to students or graduates of any educational background seeking practical experience in an international business setting.

Key responsibilities

• Create and process special sales orders, invoices, and tender documentation for clients across Germany and Austria
• Maintain clean master data records and help resolve administrative discrepancies with customers and internal teams
• Organize equipment transport and prepare all required documentation for corporate events, private clients, and government institutions
• Execute daily administrative tasks assigned by the Sales Manager and prepare standard operational reports
• Utilize SAP, Salesforce, and Google Workspace tools to keep client accounts, process documentation, and sales workflows updated.

What we are looking for

• Strong German language skills (minimum B2 level for communicating with German speaking clients) and good command of written and spoken English
• Familiarity with or eagerness to learn systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail), and MS Office
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with sales representatives and internal department teams.
