About the SAP Internship Experience Program:

The SAP Internship Experience Program is a global, strategic, paid internship program designed to provide university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

Start Date: 1st or 15th of each month (6-month placements)

Who You Are:

You are interested in starting a career in IT sales and are attracted to customer-facing roles. You take initiative, persevere, stay curious, and enjoy working on meaningful, innovative projects.

• You're likely in the final stages of your education (bachelor's or master's student).
• Your university must be able to sign a tri-party agreement with SAP (required by Spanish law).
• You're studying something like Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing, Data/Process Management, IT/Digital Transformation, etc.
• Ready for a full-time, 6-month placement (39.5 hours per week).
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Detail-oriented and capable of delivering high-quality work.
• Driven, proactive, and collaborative with a problem-solving mindset.
• An active listener who understands assignments and delivers results.

Your Mission:

Help our team engage prospects at the right time, with the right decision-maker, and the right content to turn them into SAP customers. Your work will support our Sales Developers and Account Executives in building a strong customer pipeline, contributing to SAP's revenue growth.

What You'll Learn:

• Best practices in digital prospecting, including:
  • Industry-specific trends and how SAP brings value.
  • How to prepare and engage with C-Level decision-makers.
  • Handling objections to highlight how SAP solutions can help.
• Basics of good data management, like profiling target accounts and industries.
• Reporting tools.
• Spending time with our Sales Developers in customer-facing situations.
• Leveraging digital marketing signals to qualify accounts and identify top prospects.

Finally, you will promote the program via social media, universities, job boards, etc.
