SAP Logistics & Warehouse Integration Analyst with German

As a SAP Logistics & Warehouse Integration Analyst, you will work with international stakeholders to configure outbound Logistics processes and support the integration of warehouses and distribution centers into the SAP S/4HANA landscape. You will be involved in the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of warehouse-related interfaces, ensuring reliable communication between SAP and internal or external Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

You will join the project team, working alongside experienced consultants and analysts to support operational excellence across logistics and warehouse processes.

Primary Functions and Tasks:

Logistics & Warehouse Process Support

• Support day-to-day operations related to SAP SD and Logistics Execution processes.
• Assist with outbound delivery processing, shipping activities, and warehouse-related transactions.
• Support the onboarding of new warehouses and distribution centers into the SAP landscape.
• Participate in testing activities during system changes and warehouse implementations.
• Help maintain process documentation and user guides.

Incident & Service Support

• Analyze and resolve incidents related to logistics and warehouse processes.
• Support troubleshooting activities together with senior consultants.
• Monitor interfaces and identify processing issues.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and follow-up activities.
• Ensure proper ticket documentation and communication with stakeholders.

Project & Enhancement Activities

• Support implementation of business requirements and process improvements.
• Participate in workshops, testing, and deployment activities.
• Learn SAP configuration concepts and support change implementations.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and warehouse operations

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced German is mandatory.
• First experience with logistics, warehouse operations, SAP support, or ERP systems through internships, student jobs, key-userroles, or consulting experience.
• Experience with warehouse operations or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is considered an advantage.

SAP & Functional Skills

• Basic understanding of logistics business processes.
• Knowledge of order-to-cash process fundamentals is a plus.
• Understanding of deliveries, shipping processes, and warehouse operations is considered an advantage.
• Exposure to SAP SD, SAP LE, WM, or EWM modules is a plus.
• SAP S/4HANA or SAP Retail knowledge is beneficial but not required.

Technical Skills

• Interest in SAP integrations and interface-based processes.
• Basic understanding of concepts such as IDocs and interfaces is welcome but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and business process documentation.
