SAP Project Manager with German- Senior Consultant/Manager (f/m/d)

• Coordinate and oversee SAP project operations, monitoring, and service delivery activities to ensure system and project alignment with organizational goals.
• Issue & Escalation Management: Drive Incident, Problem, and Escalation Management within the SAP landscape to ensure timely issue resolution and service stability.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the key liaison between the Business, Operations, and Development teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Methodology Governance: Ensure adherence to established project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.
• Ceremony & Meeting Facilitation: Facilitate key project ceremonies and progress meetings, including status syncs, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Scope & Resource Management: Safeguard the delivery team against over-commitment, manage resource capacity, and proactively prevent scope creep.
• Tracking & Transparency: Maintain project management tools, dashboards, and boards to ensure data transparency, health metrics reporting, and accurate progress tracking.
• Risk & Impediment Resolution: Identify, log, and eliminate external impediments while proactively mitigating internal project risks and technical roadblocks.
• Practice Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to development teams, Product Owners, and the broader organization on project management and Agile best practices.
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration and communication across distributed, international SAP operations and development teams.
• Client Relationship Management: Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, manage expectations, and deeply understand functional business needs.
• Demand & Pipeline Management: Manage the project team's demand pipeline by estimating effort/resource requirements, negotiating scope, and aligning on delivery timelines and costs with the customer.

• SAP Technical/Functional Understanding: Solid understanding of the SAP ecosystem and architecture (experience with functional modules like SAP MM/SD is highly valued).
• Project Management Frameworks: Robust knowledge of Project Management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks.
• Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts and project metrics clearly to diverse or executive audiences.
• ITSM / Tooling Knowledge: Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and experience handling incident workflows through enterprise platforms.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for seamless collaboration with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Strong command of English and German languages.
• Client-Facing Experience: Proven track record of managing client relationships and navigating vendor-customer dynamics.

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Flexibility & willingness to travel
