Following are the key requirements of a SAP Solution Manager Consultant:

• Person should have experience in Change Request Management (ChaRM) configuration. Should understand SAP Standard Process for Requirements, Request for Change, Normal Change, Urgent Change, Admin Change, Standard Change.
• Person should understand Managed System Setup including physical transports of changes from the development environment into the productive environment.
• Person should know basics of delivery platform Focus Build
• German and English language

Skills for other SolMan applications like:

• CCLM,
• IT Calendar,
• Technical Monitoring,
• Worksoft,
• CTS+, cCTS,
• Job Monitoring,
• DVM,
• ITSM - optional

Nice to have:

• Test Management skills for Test Plan, Test Package, Test Case management
• Solution Documentation. Documentation skills for configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance.
• Basics of SAP Fiori
