SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with German (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with German to join a remote team focused on the technical development and ongoing support of the HR system landscape. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the HR business department to implement innovative SAP solutions, driving the digital HR transformation, particularly the migration from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Your tasks

• Managing the development and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors, with a primary focus on Employee Central, ensuring the ongoing evolution of the HR platform
• Providing technical consulting for integrations with third-party systems, including creating and monitoring interfaces via OData APIs and various integration scenarios
• Capturing, analyzing, and evaluating technical and functional requirements from business stakeholders, translating them into implementable solutions
• Creating and maintaining iFlows within SAP Cloud Integration on SAP BTP, implementing architecture and security guidelines, including documentation
• Supporting and improving SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organisational Management (OM), and Payroll (PY)
• Taking ownership of project deliverables and providing operational support in day-to-day activities
• Collaborating closely with the internal IT-HR team, HR business department, internal IT teams, and external service providers

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP consulting with hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors
• Deep expertise in Employee Central (EC) is mandatory
• Solid knowledge of SAP BTP & Cloud Integration, including iFlow development
• Experience with OData APIs and interface/integration scenarios
• Very good command of German at the negotiation level (C1/C2) is required
• Strong communication skills, a self-starter attitude, and a structured working approach
• Advanced level of English and German

• Knowledge of SAP HCM
