Job Description

Our client is a top-tier IT service provider in the German banking industry, supporting over 800 cooperative banks with secure, innovative digital solutions. We play a key role in enabling their digital workplace transformation by delivering scalable Citrix-based infrastructure that ensures performance, compliance, and security across a complex financial ecosystem

Qualifications

Must have

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops in enterprise environments
• Strong Knowledge on Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS), multi-farm deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Network (DNS\DHCP) and Group Policy configuration
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management
• Skilled in troubleshooting Citrix environments, including apps, sessions, performance, and connectivity issues
• Experience with user profile management, session tuning, and end-user support best practices
• Effective communicator in both German and English, with familiarity in ITIL-based processes (incident/change/problem)
• Knowledge with Jira\Confluence ways of working (agile Jira based approach)

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Automic (UC4) can be a real plus, especially if you've dealt with scheduled jobs or Citrix-related maintenance workflows.
• Familiarity with SCCM is an asset, particularly for managing application deployments and maintaining up-to-date Citrix environments.
• Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS) is a great advantage, especially if you've worked with hybrid Citrix setups or cloud transitions.
