Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

• Independently negotiate commercial contracts, with a focus on software, cloud, and services agreements. You will closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to efficiently bring deals to successful closure.
• Skillfully represent both company and customer/vendor interests, leveraging your autonomy to resolve issues swiftly while managing business risks effectively.
• Support the team in general corporate legal matters, including corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
• Utilize sound judgement and a wide range of information to address contractual issues, actively contributing to project and process improvement initiatives as well as the development of policies and procedures.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S. or equivalent) in law is required.
• Fluency in both German and English (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience and enthusiasm for transactional work, related legal matters, process optimization, and technology in general.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver value across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive self-starter with strong project ownership who enjoys working across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Additional Information

• Available to work from the Warsaw office at least 3 days a week
