The (Senior) Digital Specialist role provides comprehensive support for DTE (Digital Trade Engagement) and CCD (Commercial Capability Development), ensuring the seamless execution of B2B programs, learning content, and educational engagement activities. This role is divided equally between digital trade engagement and support for the new retailer learning platform (Fielo) initiatives. Key responsibilities include providing digital administrative assistance, technical and frontend support for DTE and CCD, and managing content upload requests for Fielo or other digital assets. additionally, the role focuses on maintaining continuous internal feedback loops to ensure the effectiveness and impact of educational content. It also involves monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to support ongoing improvements and advocacy engagement. This dual focus aims to enhance the retailer engagement journey and digital experience.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Higher education diploma in related field would be a strong plus
• 2 years of previous experience in Commercial (or similar area)
• Very good German skills and fluency in English
• Previous experience in using Sales Force; knowledge of Digital Trade Engagement (DTE) would be a strong plus (however it's not required)
• Availability for business trips once per quarter (1 week in Vienna/quarter)
• Very good analytical skills, problem solver and enthusiastic team player

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure smooth execution of B2B programs and campaigns on DTE (incl. Fielo)
• Offer technical and frontend support to enhance the content and usability on DTE (incl. Fielo)
• Manage content upload requests by creating upload templates, generating respective upload tickets, and testing the content on the frontend to support the learning management system and platform
• Ensuring usability and target-oriented impact of Fielo through constant feedback loops towards the Capability Team and other involved functions
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and advocacy engagement impact on DTE
