ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and adhere to industry best practices. Your expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM will be critical in guiding the development and deployment of efficient, reliable, and scalable ServiceNow applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop high-level designs and specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
- Create architectural plans that align with business requirements and best practices.
- Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
- Conduct comprehensive system testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide strategic advice to customers based on technical best practices and industry trends.
- Support customers in making informed decisions about their ServiceNow implementations.
REQUIREMENTS- Proficiency in English (C1 or higher) and German (B2 or higher).
- Several years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow, specifically in ITOM and ITSM.
- ServiceNow certifications required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide strategic, high-level advice to customers.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CSM (CIS-ITSM).
