Senior HR Learning Services Specialist with German

Tasks & responsibilities

As a Senior HR Learning Services Specialist with German, you will be responsible for:

• ownership and independently executing complex end-to-end Learning Services activities across training management, vendor-related processes, promotions and program rollouts.
• Standardizing and stabilizing processes after transition, identifying gaps, clarifying responsibilities and converting local requirements into consistent, scalable ways of working.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives using structured process optimization methods, data and stakeholder feedback to improve efficiency, quality and customer experience.
• Serving as a key point of contact for complex cases, providing clear guidance to employees, managers and internal partners across different hierarchy levels.
• Building an effective working relationship with the local CoE, PPM and other stakeholders, confidently managing difficult conversations, conflicting priorities and unclear requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and operational requirements, internal guidelines, SOPs, deadlines and quality standards.
• Prioritizing work independently, anticipating risks and escalating constructively when decisions, resources or stakeholder alignment are required.
• Sharing expertise within the team, supporting colleagues in complex topics and contribute to a culture of accountability, learning and continuous improvement.

About our future employee

You should speak German at minimum C1 level and English at minimum B2 level, with confident written and verbal communication in both languages. You should have minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in Learning Operations, HR Services or a comparable operational environment.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong experience in process standardization, stabilization and continuous improvement, ideally in a shared-services.
• Experience in project work or project management, including ownership of complex programs, workstreams or improvement initiatives.
• Ability to understand complex facts and processes, connect dependencies and translate them into structured, solution-oriented actions.
• Proven stakeholder-management and influencing skills, including the confidence to challenge constructively, manage resistance and establish clear agreements with demanding partners.
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented working style, with strong prioritization, accountability, result orientation and attention to compliance.
• Empathy, team spirit, intercultural awareness and networked thinking, combined with a strong customer focus.
• Practical experience with HR and learning systems. Knowledge of SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Learning Management Systems (LOS), Degreed, WeBuy, invoice-tracking tools is an advantage.
