About this Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across marketing initiatives by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that enhance customer engagement, campaign performance, and business growth.

What you'll do

• Analyse large marketing datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and performance insights
• Build dashboards and reports to support campaign effectiveness tracking
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to define KPIs and measure outcomes
• Deliver actionable insights to optimise customer journeys and campaign strategies
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives

Who you are

• Experienced in data analysis within a marketing or business environment
• Proficient in data visualisation and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
• Comfortable working with large datasets and translating insights into clear recommendations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a structured and analytical mindset
