Which tasks can you expect?

• Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processes accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with payroll, tax, social security, and labor regulations
• Act as a trusted advisor for complex payroll-related inquiries from clients and stakeholders
• Analyze, optimize, and enhance payroll processes and systems
• Support implementations, customer projects, and special initiatives
• Provide functional guidance and knowledge sharing within the team

What do you have to offer?

• Several years of experience in payroll administration and processing
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation, social security, and compliance requirements
• Experience working with at least two payroll systems
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• A detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive mindset
• Fluent German language skills;
• English skills are an advantage
