Senior SAP FI Consultant with German

We are actively seeking a SAP Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in the harmonization and consolidation of business processes and IT applications for our globally operating clients. This role demands project assignments both within Europe and internationally, requiring a candidate with a high degree of qualification and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality consulting services within SAP ERP and across SAP platforms to international clients.
• Identify and design alternative action courses of significant importance for client decision-makers at the management level, including process design and target architectures with complex functionalities.
• Engage in business process harmonization, cross-system consolidation at corporate groups, and standardization of SAP systems globally and regionally.
• Make decisions within the scope of general guidelines and objectives in your area of responsibility.
• Independently coordinate and implement standards across projects and work areas.
• Take responsibility for documentation using required standards, methods, and tools.
• Conduct presentations and workshops in English or German at the management level.
• Create cost estimates and configure SAP ERP across modules with a focus on integration aspects.
• Oversee system tests for platform-specific versions, comprehensive integration tests, and related documentation.
• Generate business opportunities and engage in sales activities in collaboration with the sales department.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer, coaching, and training both internally and with customers.
• Collaborate with internal and external management-level contacts and offshore suppliers.
• Identify, test, and implement new methods and tools within the department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, business informatics, or computer science.
• At least 7 years of professional and project experience in consulting.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
• Extensive understanding of business management contexts and processes.
• Proven international and intercultural experience.
• Business fluency in German and English.
• Experience managing distributed, cross-project teams in virtual organizations.
• Proficiency in coaching and mentoring.
• Willingness to travel for national and international project assignments.
