Job Description
Our Partner is a multinational company in the field of BSC. They started to expand in Budapest in 2013 and the company currently employs 500+ people. They are serving their customers in 17 different languages with a focus on IT Service Desk, Finance & Accounting, Logistics, Reporting, IT Development and Project Management.

Now You can join as a Senior Tactical Buyer (German Speaking)

Tasks:

- Lead and execute end-to-end sourcing events (RFPs/RFIs etc.), including stakeholder alignment, RFP development, cost analysis, supplier engagement, negotiation and award

- Act as a trusted partner to Category Managers by actively supporting and contributing to category strategies and supplier initiatives

- Manage supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution within defined thresholds

- Maintain and improve procurement catalogues and sourcing documentation within procurement tools

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across functions and regions

- Monitor supplier performance and actively resolve operational and commercial issues

- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in sourcing processes and supplier management

Requirements

- High level of English and German language skills

- Solid hands-on experience in tactical sourcing within a large, international organisation

- Proven experience leading end-to-end RFx processes

- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
