SEO Manager- German Speaker for TUS MEDIA

At TUS MEDIA, the leading platform for classes and tutors, we are looking to hire a SEO Manager (DACH Market) to develop our marketing strategy for the Nachhilfeunterricht project.

Are you ready for the challenge? As SEO Manager, your work will have a crucial impact on our growth. We're looking for someone entrepreneurial, with strong analytical skills and a passion for building SEO strategy.

You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team and will be responsible for leading the development of our project in the DACH market, turning our platform into a go-to place for education.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Keyword expansion for Marketplace/Student pages: conduct competitive gap analyses to identify opportunities
  for keyword growth, particularly for Marketplace and Student pages.
• On-page optimisation: optimize title tags and headers in the commercial areas of the site. Design and run A/B
  tests to improve performance and user engagement.
• Technical SEO improvements: lead initiatives to enhance website crawlability and indexability. Improve internal
  linking structures and maintain website hygiene through regular monitoring of status codes and technical
  performance.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: track SEO performance trends using tools such as Tableau and Looker.
  Provide actionable insights based on Share of Voice (SoV) and other relevant KPIs.
• Content Quality Review: oversee and evaluate the work of Content Specialists to ensure it meets quality
  standards and aligns with SEO strategy.

What we need from you:

• Education and previous experience in Digital Marketing.
• Languages: Native-level German. High-level Spanish and/or English.
• Knowledge of the education sector in the DACH Market.
• Proficiency with marketing tools for: lead generation, market analysis, digital campaign management, and digital
  analytics (Semrush, Similarweb, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as strategic vision and a desire to be part of a multidisciplinary
  team.

• Permanent full-time contract (38h/week).
• Flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8-9 AM to 4.30-5:30 PM, Friday intensive from 8-9 AM to 2-3 PM.
• Intensive working day at Easter, Summer and Christmas.

• Hybrid working mode: 3 home office days and 2 office days + 1 Friday per month.
