Service Administration Specialist with German (All genders)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Join our Service Administration team and help keep our B2B service operations running smoothly. In this back-office role, you will manage service contracts and support strong, long-term relationships with our customers.
The official job title that will appear in your employment contract is Service Administration Specialist.

Your responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries,
• Processing customer complaints (controlling quality of the created invoices and completeness of reports delivered by technicians, checking the correctness of the issued documents, issuing relevant corrections),
• Process service orders, control quality and completeness of reports delivered by technicians, Invoice of services, repairs and installations, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers,
• Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers,
• Manage service contracts,
• Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving all relevant documents.

What You Need to Succeed

• Very good knowledge of German (min B2 level),
• Good knowledge of English,
• Well-developed MS Office skills,
• Quick perception and excellent attention to detail,
• Focus on time frames and ability to work according to clearly defined rules,
• Previous experience in similar positions would be an asset.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:

• Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min),
• Initial interview with the Manager (video conference, approx. 1 hour).
