Job Requirements

Requirement (below points are all non-negotiable)

• Must be fluent in German. Good Communication.
• Must be available to join before 1st of April
• Experience with any ticketing tool

Main responsibility:
• Achieve high level data availability for each plant
• Ensure that error tickets become resolved and support them if necessary (keep general overview of current situation)
• Maintain List of rule set for supplier communication

Secondary responsibility:
• Create report documentation  Applies for weekly, monthly and yearly reports Reporting :

A) Weekly monitoring/reporting: - Generate holistic queries to monitor overall data availability and root causes (Report for bi-weekly meeting)

B) Monthly monitoring/reporting: - Generate holistic query to grant overview about following occurrences: Typ of Error Tickets, amount of emergency requests according
