What to expect:

• Develop and validate assembly, repair, and maintenance concepts for new and existing vehicle models.
• Create structured damage codes to support systematic fault analysis and diagnostics.
• Conduct digital and on-vehicle service checks to ensure feasibility and efficiency of service procedures.
• Define and calculate service and repair costs, supporting cost transparency and optimization.
• Prepare spare parts proposals and collaborate with spare parts management teams.
• Actively participate in development committees, providing service-related input and preparing technical reports.
• Collaborate with departments such as development, quality, purchasing, and service to ensure alignment and integration of service requirements.

What you bring along:

• Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Completed technical vocational training in automotive engineering or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in service engineering, aftersales, maintenance, or product development within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in creating maintenance and repair concepts and conducting systematic fault analysis.
• Knowledge of spare parts management is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and service documentation tools such as CALEA or equivalent.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, especially in interdisciplinary environments.
