ServiceNow Catalogue Administrator (German speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining the ServiceNow Service Catalog.
• Creating and updating catalog items and order guides.
• Configuring variables, variable sets, catalog UI policies, and catalog client scripts.
• Designing, configuring, and developing processes, sub-processes, and workflows.
• Analysing and implementing business and customer requirements.
• Advising Product Owners and internal stakeholders on the application of ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities.
• Actively participating in technical and team-level decision-making.

Requirements:

• University degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or another related field, combined with relevant professional experience.
• At least 1 year of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in the areas of Service Catalog, Service Portal, Employee Service Center, or Customer Service Portal.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and administration.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical, architectural, and organisational topics and propose practical solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative working style.
• Business-level proficiency in both English and German.
