• Security Solution Implementation: Planning, implementation, and configuration of security solutions to defend against cyber threats
• Migration: Execution of migration projects for security solutions, including planning, coordination, and implementation
• Operations: Monitoring and operation of the security infrastructure to ensure continuous availability and security
• System Maintenance: Maintenance and upkeep of deployed security solutions, including regular updates and patches
• Continual improvement: Identification and implementation of improvements and new technologies to strengthen the security architecture
• Incident Response: Analysis and handling of security incidents, as well as the development of measures for damage control and prevention
• Documentation: Creation and maintenance of documentation for security solutions, processes, and incidents

Must haves:

• Experience working with a SIEM
• Expertise in log management, event correlation, and threat detection
• Ability to create and manage custom rules, reports, and dashboards
• Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices
• Proactive & independent
• Organized with attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Team work ability

Nice-to-haves: experience in one or more of the following

• Palo Alto XSIAM
• Microsoft Sentinel
• Trellix EDR
• IBM Resilient
• Prisma Cloud
• Nozomi Networks
• Cyber Asset ManagemenT

Certifications

• Comptia Security+
• Any certifications in the above technologies

Things to know before departure:

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German (B2-C1) & English (B2)
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
