As Social Media Expert you will be responsible for Telekom career social media channels on various social networks. You will ensure performance analysis on social media channels with deriving measures for channel development.

  • You will support the editorial lead to develop a social media strategy for Telekom career social media channels on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Kununu, Glassdoor and YouTube channel
  • You will create appealing, high-quality and target group-orientated content for various social media platforms, including texts, images, videos and graphics
  • You will maintain and update our social media channels to present the employer brand consistently and authentically
  • You will ensure continuous performance analysis of all Telekom career social media channels and deriving measures for channel development
  • You will develop and implement overall social media strategy to build an international social media community
  • You will manage projects on an international level to increase and reach visibility and engagement on various social media channels
  • You will collaborate with and steer internal and external stakeholders (i.e. agencies) for the digital channels (Social Media, Website)
  • You will appear in front of the camera yourself and serve as the face of our Telekom Career content
  • You will plan, create and analyze content plans

  • Degree or completed apprenticeship in marketing, communications or a similar field
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management, ideally in a corporate environment
  • In-depth knowledge of popular social media channels, platform algorithms and data management systems of e.g. LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with innovative and trendy formats
  • Well structured, to be able to steer projects, create social media strategy and good in data analyses
  • Team spirit and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
  • Creative and open minded personality
  • Fluent in English and German (C1)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
