Software Renewals Specialist (German Speaking)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Software Renewals Specialist with fluent German language skills to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing software maintenance and subscription renewals across a portfolio of customers, ensuring high renewal rates and a seamless customer experience.

You will act as a trusted advisor, engaging with customers and partners throughout the renewal lifecycle, identifying risks and opportunities, and working closely with sales, account management, and operations teams to support business growth.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Manage end-to-end software maintenance and subscription renewal opportunities for assigned customer accounts.
• Proactively engage customers and channel partners to support timely and successful contract renewals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and consultative support.
• Prepare and deliver renewal quotations, pricing proposals, and related documentation.
• Monitor renewal pipelines and maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within CRM systems.
• Identify renewal risks and develop proactive retention strategies to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Support customers by responding to renewal-related inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, contractual requirements, and quality standards.
• Meet or exceed renewal performance goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience in the software, technology, IT services, or digital solutions industry.
• Familiarity with software subscription models, maintenance agreements, and recurring revenue business models.
• Experience supporting customers in an international or multicultural business environment.
• Knowledge of renewal management, customer success, account support, or contract administration processes.
• Experience identifying opportunities for account growth through customer engagement and relationship management.
• Understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle management practices.
