Specialist/Senior Specialist - Payroll & HR for DACH (German-speaking)

What you will be doing:

• Process compensation updates, transfers, and job-related changes
• Handle payroll inputs, validations, salary disbursements, and statutory payments
• Manage pension contributions and bonus payments
• Collaborate closely with payroll vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports with a strong focus on data integrity
• Support employee HR and payroll inquiries with professionalism and clarity
• Manage the full employee lifecycle in Workday and third-party systems
• Support employees throughout their journey, ensuring smooth HR and payroll processes
• Work closely with Finance, HR Advisory, and cross-functional teams to align processes

What you need to succeed:

• Fluency in German and English (verbal & written)
• Proven experience in payroll accounting using SAP
• Strong background in HR administration (contracts, absence management, terminations, etc.)
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus
• Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, self-driven, and innovative approach to problem-solving
• Strong ownership and accountability for tasks and projects
• Experience working in international or global teams
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach challenges with a critical and innovative mindset.
