Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator with German to join our team. In this role, you will support the staffing and resource management process, helping to match the right people with the right projects while working closely with Business, Delivery, Recruiting, and international stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

• You support the operational staffing process and the allocation of resources to IT customer projects.
• You support the analysis of staffing requests, identify suitable resources, and coordinate project assignments with Business, Delivery, and Recruiting teams.
• You maintain and monitor availability, utilization, and free capacity in the relevant systems.
• You follow up on open requests and help ensure transparency across the staffing and project pipeline.
• You support the creation and maintenance of employee profiles, project references, and skill data for customer requests.
• You assist in preparing utilization and capacity reports.
• You facilitate meetings and serve as a key interface between stakeholders in an international environment.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field provides the foundation for your expertise.
• Initial experience in staffing, resource management, project management, or a coordination role is an advantage, but not required.
• With your strong affinity for systems and technology, you quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
• An understanding of consulting and project structures, combined with a strong IT affinity, helps you succeed in your day-to-day work.
• You stand out through your structured, reliable, and service-oriented way of working.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, along with excellent communication abilities, are among your strengths.
• You enjoy supporting others and continuously improving our services and processes.
• Very good German language skills (C1 level) and good English language skills round off your profile.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in an IT consulting or professional services environment.
• Knowledge of resource planning or workforce management processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and reporting experience.
