We are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented Student Hub Advisor to support the Iserlohn campus of the University of Europe. This role is responsible for providing timely and empathetic student support through ticketing systems and virtual communication channels.

The ideal candidate has strong German and English communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to resolve student concerns with professionalism and empathy. Experience handling administrative processes, managing enquiries, and supporting students in a fast-paced environment will be highly valued.

• Provide excellent and effective support to students through ticket queries while meeting the 48-hour SLA
• Respond to a wide range of student enquiries via ticketing systems, email, and virtual communication platforms
• Identify student concerns and provide accurate guidance, resolutions, or referrals to the appropriate campus support services
• Maintain updated knowledge of campus resources, student support services, and academic processes
• Support Leave of Absence processing and Visa Check protocols
• Assist with enrolment and audit-related activities during peak periods
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-through of student concerns
• Deliver a positive student experience through empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving

To qualify for the position:

• Strong proficiency in both German and English (written and verbal)
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Student Services, Helpdesk, Shared Services, or Support Operations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong empathy and problem-solving approach when handling student concerns
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries while maintaining accuracy and service quality
• Experience working with ticketing systems, CRM tools, or support platforms is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment

Work Arrangement

• The first 4 months is work on site and will transition to hybrid arrangement (once a week onsite) after passing your 3rd month performance review.
• Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Office is near IPI Pasig and Tiendesitas. Office is accessible from Eastwood, C5 Road, Ortigas CBD, and Rizal areas.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PH time
• This role is a full-time and probationary/permanent position. Applicants who are currently employed, engaged in freelance work, operating a business, or working with another employer simultaneously are required to disclose this during the initial HR screening process.
