Responsibilities:

Independent and self-responsible implementation of software-supported supplier risk analyses (periodic and ad hoc) in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act;
Systematic preparation, implementation, and evaluation of supplier assessments including independent validation of the assessment results;
Independent coordination of the validation results with the suppliers and, if necessary, initiation of suitable corrective measures in accordance with the existing catalog of measures;
Monitoring and maintenance of supplier profiles in existing systems;
Independent processing and implementation of defined measures in accordance with the guidelines together with the supplier and their follow-up and systematic documentation;
Support for travel management.

Qualifications:

University degree or equivalent experience; experience in supply chain management or procurement is a plus;
Independent and self-responsible development of solutions for special processes;
General procedural understanding of an ERP system is desirable;
SAP knowledge is desirable;
Advanced German language skills required;
Effective time and self-management;
Very good verbal and written communication skills;
Analytical, structured way of working and high problem-solving ability;
Interest in interdisciplinary and international teamwork;
High reliability, flexibility, resilience, and friendliness;
Curiosity and understanding of innovations in the field of IT and Sustainability;
Open-minded and able to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders.
