Support Engineer with German (SOS)

Job Description

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Support Engineer with German position within SOS projcet in Stefanini. This role is available in Bucharest, Romania, with undetermined period contract.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support in German language, to clients via email and phone, addressing IT-related issues such as account password resets, internet connectivity problems, and email configurations.
• Perform remote troubleshooting by accessing clients' computers to efficiently resolve software-related issues.
• Document daily activities and issues in the ticketing system to maintain clear records and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to higher levels of support as necessary.
• Adapt communication styles to meet the diverse needs of clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of IT systems.
• Create and update support documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides.

Job Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken - minimum B2 level
• Basic knowledge of IT concepts, including familiarity with Windows operating systems and common software applications.
• Proficiency in common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, SAP, Active Directory) and basic troubleshooting of application-related problems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adaptability and flexibility to address diverse customer needs.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
