Talent Acquisition Coordinator with German

About the job

In this position, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

• Publish, promote and unpost job advertisements on the career website, various job boards and social media
• Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Schedule interviews, as per alignment with the Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring Managers and candidates
• Support with travel related queries and coordinate travel for candidates.
• Organize and ensure testing of candidates, such as case studies, online tests, participation in assessments etc. (when applicable)
• Support with 3rd party billing for recruitment related topics
• Support with additional administrative recruitment activities, for example, mass seasonal recruitments, if relevant.
• Support with other recruitment tasks, as needed

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• German and English language knowledge (C1 level or higher)
• Excellent organizational, process and time management skills, as well as keen attention to details
• Team orientation and ability to cooperate effectively with different stakeholders on all levels of the organization
• Can-do attitude, innovative and creative approach whenever possible
• Experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar role is nice to have
• Previous experience in HR management tools (Workday, ServiceNow or other similar systems) is nice to have
