What will you do

• Coordinate Invoice Processing and Inquiries Team for German market
• Be responsible for the monitoring and leading an assigned Accounts Payable Team
• Support team members to achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements
• Ensure the understanding and compliant service delivery across company of agreed policies and procedures
• Understand service level agreements and key performance indicators for Accounts Payable related business processes
• Report up to the AP Manager performance against SLAs and KPIs
• Resolve customer queries and complaints related to Accounts Payable processes as specified by relevant service level agreements and escalating queries and complaints (1st level of escalation)

How do you know you are the right fit

• Education/Training: University Degree/BSc preferrably in Economics, Accounting or equivalent
• Professional Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience & exposure to leadership/coordination tasks (preferably in a SSC environment)
  • Proven knowledge of finance and accounting processes and process improvements
  • Former exposure to transitions is a plus
  • Proven people management and problem solving skills
• Languages: English & German language skills (both written and spoken)
