Location: Wrocław / Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst, who as a part of the our Digital & Emerging Technologies team, will move our projects to the new track!

The opportunity

As a part of our global team you will be responsible for gathering requirements and identifying business needs. You will cooperate closely with both development team and business owners to provide solutions that meet the established business goal.

Your key responsibilities

• Understand the business needs, define & manage requirements and present them to stakeholders and development team
• Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
• Work with data, provide analysis and solutions to existing problems
• Ensure accessibility requirements are met
• Support error management, versioning, data binding and quality assurance

Skills and attributes for success

• Good analytical, communication and organizational skills (meetings facilitations, ability to align with key stakeholders in Front Office & IT)
• Ability to analyse and document processes and flows
• Experience with project tracking (e.g. Jira) and knowledge management (e.g. Confluence) tools
• Familiarity with Software Architecture, Usability concepts
• Skilled in creating, maintaining and managing product backlog (acting as a product owner)
• Experience working in international projects in agile / scrum methodology

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 2+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar position
• Experience in cooperation with development teams is a must
• Good English (B2) language verbal and written communication is a must
• Good German (B2: ability to write, read documentation in German) language verbal and written communication is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, other Technical qualification

Ideally, you'll also have

• Ability to deal well with ambiguity
• Programming/data base experience
• Experience with Business Process Modelling, UML
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
