Awesome! But what will my new role be?

As a Technical Supporter, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users of our software across all phases, from planning and construction to renovation and maintenance with a primary focus on supporting our German customers.. With your knowledge of digital tools and your understanding of the construction industry, you'll help contractors, building owners, architects, engineers, project managers, and BIM managers get the most out of our tools and features.

As part of a team of 15 skilled colleagues, your main responsibilities will include:

• Gaining a deep understanding of our products and continuously learning (we release new features around 10 times a year).
• Assisting customers with everyday questions-ranging from simple to complex-via email and phone.
• Supporting our consultants in mastering our many great features.
• Reporting bugs to our development team and keeping users updated.
• Writing and updating client-facing knowledge base content.

Sure sounds exciting! How can I be considered for this role?

We imagine that our future colleague has a relevant education or previous experience with digital tools for the construction industry. Experience from the construction site or knowledge of the construction process is a big plus. As you will primarily focus on solving issues of a technical nature, experience with or a strong interest in construction software is important. Perhaps you have already worked with BIM, Revit, or similar. Our new colleague is also someone who thrives in an analytical role, always acting service-minded, with patience and good listening skills.

Our comapny language is English, but since this role involves communicating with German customers, fluency in German is essential. We have +1.000.000 users in Europe and offices in 30 different countries, so an additional language is an advantage.
