As a Tele Sales Representative (m/f/d)) at myneva, you will play a critical role in our sales organisation by engaging with prospective customers across the German market. Working closely with Marketing and our Account Executives, you will primarily qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and inbound enquiries, ensuring they are sales-ready before handing them over to the sales team. Alongside lead qualification, you will also undertake targeted outbound prospecting to engage high-potential accounts and generate additional pipeline.

What you will do:

• Respond quickly to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and inbound enquiries, engaging prospects while interest is high.
• Qualify prospects through discovery conversations to understand their needs, challenges, buying process, and fit.
• Schedule high-quality sales meetings and ensure a seamless handover to the appropriate Account Executive.
• Conduct targeted outbound prospecting into agreed accounts to create additional pipeline opportunities.
• Build rapport quickly with decision-makers and confidently lead conversations.
• Handle objections professionally and uncover customer pain points without relying on a script.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities, conversations, and opportunities in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to maximise lead conversion and continuously improve lead quality.
• Consistently achieve pipeline generation, meeting, and qualification targets.

Your profile

• 2-4 years of experience in a Tele Sales Representative or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role within a B2B SaaS business.
• A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding pipeline generation and meeting targets, with measurable results you can demonstrate.
• Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to guide conversations, ask insightful questions, and confidently overcome objections.
• High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine enjoyment of engaging with people.
• Business-fluent German and good English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and resilient-you actively seek feedback, learn quickly, and stay motivated through rejection.
• Comfortable using modern sales technology, including HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales engagement platforms, and data enrichment tools.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities effectively.
