YOUR TASKS:

• Contact person for our corporate clients in case of questions regarding our IT applications/systems
• Acceptance of incident reports via telephone and email
• Preparation of error analyses and solutions together with our customers
• Documentation of requirements and incidents in a ticketing system and handover of complex problems to colleagues in 2nd level support
• Collaboration in increasing customer satisfaction and further developing our customer support in a family-oriented, international team

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Strong interest in IT technologies and curiosity to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
• Initial experience in IT customer support is an advantage
• The ability to maintain an overview and a high level of service orientation, even in stressful situations
• Very good communication skills as well as teamwork ability
• Good German and Hungarian language skills, both written and spoken, required
• Good English or Romanian language skills, both written and spoken, are an advantage
• Participation in shift work Mon-Sat (7:30 am-9:30 pm)
• Participation in on-call duty on Sundays and public holidays (7:30 am-9:30 pm)
