YOUR TASKS:

• Act as the primary point of contact for our corporate customers regarding questions about our IT applications and systems.
• Receive and process incident reports via phone and email.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues in collaboration with our customers.
• Document requirements and incidents in a ticketing system and escalate complex issues to colleagues in 2nd Level Support.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and further developing our customer support services within a close-knit international team.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Strong interest in IT technologies and a willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
• Initial experience in IT customer support is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain an overview and a high level of service orientation, even during busy and stressful periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Very good German and Polish language skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory.
• Willingness to work in shifts from Monday to Saturday (7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.).
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty on Sundays and public holidays (7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.).
