Test Manager (German speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordinating, managing, and executing testing activities for small and medium-sized software projects.
• Supporting Senior Test Managers in initiating, planning, and delivering testing activities for large-scale and strategic projects.
• Working closely with Project Managers, Developers, Business Stakeholders, and Clients to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Designing and reviewing test scenarios and test cases, identifying automation opportunities, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date test documentation.
• Executing tests, evaluating results, and preparing comprehensive test reports.
• Identifying, documenting, communicating, and tracking software defects and process deviations through to resolution.
• Escalating quality risks and issues that may impact project delivery and supporting the continuous improvement of testing processes and quality assurance practices.

Requirements:

• University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or another related technical field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in software testing and/or test management.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test lifecycle management, and quality assurance processes.
• Experience working in an international project environment.
• Confident English and German language skills required for professional communication and daily work.
