Test Manager with German

Primary Functions and Tasks:

• Involvement in setting-up the testing team and test environment;
• Defining and implementing customer specific test management processes, representing test improvements and developments;
• Creation and implementation of Software Testing strategies;
• Test conception, planning and leading the execution of planned tests;
• Supporting the resource management process for project allocations;
• Elaboration and review of the test plans, reports, status tracking;
• Defect management;
• Training and Mentoring;
• Support tool selection, implementation and configuration of test management tools
• Coordination of test automation activities if required in a project setup

We are looking for:

• 2-5 years of professional experience
• Management and coordination of testing processes within software development projects

• Experience in coordinating all testing roles and testing responsibilities within a team
• Advanced knowledge of Software Testing methodology
• Experience in test planning, design and test strategies
• Proven experience with test management tools as Jira, ALM, QTest, Octane or similar
• Creation of required documentation depending on the projects and its phases
• ISTQB Certification
• Proficiency German and English- mandatory
• Bachelor or Master's degree
