About the project:

The HKR 2025 project aims to develop a modern, integrated cash and accounting system for the Saxon state administration, replacing outdated and maintenance-intensive procedures. This system will centralize operations both professionally and technically, facilitating budget planning, implementation, and settlement.

Responsibilities

• Deploy test processes and establish a comprehensive test management approach.
• Manage and lead testing efforts, including planning, execution, and reporting phases.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of testing levels to develop and implement robust test strategies.
• Demonstrate proven experience in test management, focusing on resource allocation, task prioritization, and risk mitigation.
• Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality testing deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on testing progress, issues, and recommendations.

Qualifications

Must have:

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and its impact on testing activities.
• Proven experience in test management.
• Advanced knowledge of various testing levels and their scope.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions within defined timelines.
• Experience with different test management tools.
• Ability to analyze complex technical testing issues and propose effective solutions.
• Dynamic and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
• Fully fluent in German, both written and verbal.

Nice to have:

• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
• Experience with SAP.
