Job Description
Your responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute road transport operations to ensure on-time deliveries
Plan shipments, create transport orders, and manage transport documentation
Monitor deliveries and proactively resolve transport issues
Cooperate with freight forwarders, carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders
Analyze transport performance and support cost optimization initiatives
Handle transport exceptions and ensure high service quality
Work with transport management systems, including Transporeon
Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics processes
Our requirements:
Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
Readiness to work in a hybrid model - 2-3 days per week on-site in Kraków
Willingness to travel to Germany during the first months of employment for onboarding and training.
Good understanding of road transport processes
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Fluent German and English (B2+)
Experience with SAP, MS Office, and transport management systems is a plus
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field will be an advantage
