• Review, system maintenance, and employee communication
• Optimize and further develop existing travel expense processes
• Advise employees on tasks
• Serve as the first point of contact for questions
• Understand the cooperation between MHP Germany and MHP Romania
• Participate in and prepare all relevant travel expense accounting topics
• Verify invoices for the travel expense accounting area
• Enter travel-related data
• Support operative day-to-day business operations

• Successfully completed studies in social sciences, human resources or business administration
• Experience in a comparable position desirable
• Ideally background in the IT or HR industry
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Good time management skills
• Team player with high communication skills

Things to know before departure:

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German (B2-C1) & English (B2)
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
