• Verify submitted travel expenses and process travel expense reports in accordance with tax, legal, and internal regulations, based on defined audit criteria
• Support data quality checks and ensure process robustness based on predefined standards and process descriptions
• Audit travel expense reports in line with current travel expense regulations, considering applicable tax regulations
• Manage travel expenses, including review, creation, system maintenance, and employee communication
• Perform factual invoice verification within the travel expense accounting area
• Enter travel-related data and document audit results and correction notes in the system
• Support day-to-day operations and preparation of all relevant travel expense report topics
• Provide first-level support (telephone & email) to respond to traveller queries
• Provide qualified advice to employees regarding tasks and related issues
• Act as the first point of contact for travel expense-related questions

• Experience/knowledge of the travel management process
• Practical work experience in billing and bookkeeping/accounting, as well as a strong understanding of related processes
• Previous experience with Cytric and SAP Concur systems is desirable
• Attention to detail and awareness of internal controls and regulations
• Confident use of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and MS Teams
• Sensitivity to data protection and data security requirements
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented, proactive way of working
• High degree of personal responsibility, initiative, structured working style, and reliability
• Ability to work independently

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
