About us

Ufenau Capital Partners is a privately-owned Swiss Investor Group headquartered at Lake Zurich which is focused on the acquisition of majority stakes in small and medium sized service companies in German speaking Europe, Iberian Peninsula, the Benelux region, Poland, and Great Britain.
We complement the companies' organic growth through a systematic buy-and-build strategy and form alliances with entrepreneurs at eye-level.
Our team, which now consists of over 80 professionals, is made up of personalities who are there for each other, who support each other, who move together in one direction, who give each other clear feedback, who have a high degree of personal responsibility, and, above all, who together have fun and enjoy what we do.
Since our inception in 2011, we have completed over c. 500 transactions globally and manage assets under management of more than €5 billion. This makes us not only the fastest-growing private equity company in the DACH region, but we have also been awarded PEX's "Best German, Austrian & Swiss LBO Fund". We are all very proud of this.
