About this Role

We are seeking a motivated and curious individual to join our 2-year Discover rotational programme within the Networks team at VOIS. This opportunity is part of our youth-focused early career initiatives, designed for fresh graduates, German-speaking professionals with strong project management, reporting, and communication skills. These roles involve working on transport and acceptance projects, network automation initiatives, and technical operations requiring collaboration across global teams. Candidates should have a technical background and proficiency in German (B1/B2/C1 levels) to manage cross-border communication effectively.

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage projects related to transport, acceptance, and network automation.
• Prepare and deliver accurate reports for stakeholders.
• Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and business units.
• Ensure timely execution of project milestones and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with international teams, leveraging German language skills for seamless interaction.

Who you are

• Proficient in German (minimum B1/B2 level) and fluent in English.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering or relevant.
• Experienced in project management with strong organisational and reporting skills.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Possess a technical background in networks, automation, or related fields.
• Adaptable and collaborative, thriving in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
