Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for Lexroom's Italian and German-speaking customers, managing support requests across chat, email, calls, and proactively engaging with them to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
• Own the full resolution flow: triage, prioritize and resolve tickets, run regular check-ins and feedback sessions, and escalate complex cases to the right internal team.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally - feeding insights back to product and other teams to improve processes, reduce churn, and shape the roadmap.

What You'll Bring

• You are fluent in Italian and fluent in at least one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Bulgarian - native speaker preferred, C1/C2 welcome.
• You have fluent English: you're comfortable reading documentation and understanding spoken English.
• You have 0-2 year of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales, Operations, or similar).
• You are familiar with sales or customer support tools (Intercom, Notion, etc.), and you pick up new tools quickly.
• You have a proactive mindset, love solving problems, and enjoy working in a fast-growing startup environment.
• You're based in Milan or open to relocating (relocation support evaluated case by case).
• Bonus: You have a law degree (not mandatory but a plus).
