As a Customer Experience Agent at Waterdrop, you are the friendly voice and trusted guide for our customers. Your mission is to ensure every customer interaction is handled promptly, professionally, and with a positive, pro-customer attitude. You'll answer questions, resolve issues, and follow up on concerns-always communicating in a clear, approachable, and solution-focused way.

What makes you a great fit:

• You are fluent in Dutch or German and you have very good English skills.
• Active listening skills, empathy, and a personal, pro-customer approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• You are a team player with adaptability and flexibility.

Your tasks in detail:

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly via phone or email.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Waterdrop products, systems, and processes.
• Address complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, raise ideas, and implement solutions.
• Represent Waterdrop with enthusiasm and professionalism in every interaction.
